You will need:

Sprouted grain English muffin, regular or cinnamon/raisin

“Olivio” olive oil spread, or “Earth Balance” coconut spread

Organic black strap molasses

Slice bread in half and toast, slather with spread of your choice and black strap molasses, ENJOY!
